Payment of vendor $29 deposit for report pricing option 3.
Option 3 is the most affordable option for Vendors to ensure that the report is available for Purchasers, yet also have a copy. The Agent/Vendor will receive a copy of the report which is not to be distributed to purchasers. *The Vendor deposit of $29.00 is required upfront with Option 3 but will be refunded if the successful buyer of your property purchases the report within 90 days. If your property is withdrawn from the market, the successful buyer does not buy the report or the report is open for 90 days, then we will charge the Vendor Extra Cost of $220.
